Obituary

Hyndman, PA William V. “Bill” Dennison, 71, of Hyndman passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012, at WMHS Regional Medical Center.

Born November 20, 1940, in Hyndman, PA; a son of the late Robert V. and Helen Lee (Middleton) Dennison. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Dennison; a sister, Donna Kennell; and a grandson, Michael A. Dennison.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Janet L. (DeVore) Dennison; whom he married November 8, 1968; three sons, Eric W. Dennison and wife Leann of Frostburg, Mark W. Dennison of Hyndman, and Scotty L. Dennison of Delray Beach, FL; seven grandchildren, Kayela Nichols and husband Brett; Sarah Perdew, Cheyenne, Brittany, Autumn, Logan and Lindsay Dennison.
Bill had worked at Coca Cola Bottling Company in Cumberland for many years. He was a member of the Hyndman Rod & Gun Club and an avid outdoorsman.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Stevie Leydig officiating.
Burial will follow at Hyndman Cemetery.
