Obituary

Ashley Nicole Holbrook, 37, of Ellerslie, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 22, 2020, at UMPC Western Maryland after a long and courageous battle with liver disease. We are comforted knowing she is now pain free and reunited in Heaven with family.
Born November 18, 1982, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of Marlon L. Kasekamp and the late Betty R. Kasekamp.
Ashley graduated from Mount Savage School and the Center for Career and Technical Education in 2000. She worked as a customer service representative for the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration and then as an operator at Hamilton Relay before her medical issues prevented her from continuing to work.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; a daughter, Tanesha Younger, Ellerslie; father, Marlon and step-mother, Kathy, Ellerslie; sister, Sheri Corley, and husband, Dale, Ellerslie; brother, Brian Kasekamp, and wife Christa, Asburn,VA; step-sister, Jennifer Bistline and husband Richard, Lakeland, FL; step-brother, Martin Riley and wife Brittany, NM; nieces, Emily Shlikas and husband, Nick, Raleigh, NC; and Allison Kasekamp, Ashburn, VA; and nephew, Garrett Corley, Ellerslie.  She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family would like to thank the staff and physicians at UMPC Western Maryland for the exemplary care provided to Ashley over the many months of her illness.
A memorial will be held at Calvary Bible Church, Ellerslie, Maryland, however, due to current health restrictions, services will be private.
Burial will take place at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale.
