Obituary

Colleen Marie Logue, 95, of Ellerslie, passed away August 10, 2024, at her home.

Born November 26, 1928, in Ellerslie, a daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Ash) Emerick. Also preceded in death by her husbands, Maylan “Jake” Miller Jr. and Paul H. Logue Sr.; son, Gregory Logue; stepson, Gary Logue; great grandson, Luke Burkett, siblings, Bernard Emerick Sr, June Shaffer, Fay Leckemby; nephews, Bernard Emerick Jr., Roger Shaffer, William Leckemby Jr; and great-great nephew, Derrick Sisk.

Member of Central Assembly of God where she served as Sunday school class secretary and nursery worker for many years. Retired from Chick-fil-A in the Country Club Mall.

Survivors include children, Paula DeLawder (Tom), Michael Miller (Connie), Marla Niland (Eric), Annette Bridges (Blaine); daughter-in-law, Debbie Logue; stepson, Paul Logue Jr. (Nancy); stepdaughter, Connie Miller (Mike); step daughter-in-law, Cathy Logue; brother, Farrell Emerick (Faith); 19 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Wednesday August 14, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at Central Assembly of God, 2020 Bedford St., Cumberland on Thursday August 15, 2024, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Doug Seaman, Chaplain Paul Demers and Pastor Caleb Shaffer officiating. Viewing one hour prior.

Burial will follow Palo Alto Hilltop Cemetery, Hyndman.
