Obituary

Jerry L. Kennell, 51, of Kennells Mill, PA, passed away Wednesday January 20, 2021 at his home.
Born October 27, 1969, in Cumberland, MD; he was a son of William Sr. and Marie A. (Carder) Kennell. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Kennell Jr.; a sister, Pauline Kennell; and a sister-in-law, Lisa Kennell.
Survived by his parents, William and Marie of Kennells Mill,  twin brother, Jim E. Kennell of LaVale, brothers, Jonathan R. Kennell and wife Lynn of Hyndman, and Paul A. Kennell of Kennells Mill. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Jerry worked at Mack Trucks in Hagerstown. He was a member of the Kennells Mill Sportsmen’s Club and enjoyed working on and restoring old cars and trucks.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Saturday January 23, 2021 from 12 to 2 p.m. where a funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Roger Huffman officiating.
