Obituary

Nathan Charles Baker, 24, of Meyersdale, PA, died Sunday, February 28, 2010, in Meyersdale.

Born February 2, 1986, in Cumberland, MD, he was a son of Craig S. Baker and Brenda G. (Norris) Bradshaw. He is preceded in death by a brother, Darin C. Baker.

He is survived by his father, Craig S. Baker of Ellerslie, MD; mother, Brenda G. Bradshaw; girlfriend, Jennifer Taylor, their daughter, Olivia R. Baker; brother, Shawn Baker , sister, Heather Leydig and husband Nathan all of Meyersdale; paternal step-grandfather, George J. Burnett of Seffner, FL.

Nathan enjoyed fishing, hunting and the outdoors. He was a generous, caring and giving son, father and friend. Nathan was a graduate of Meyersdale High School.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Thursday March 4th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, March 5th at 11 am.

Burial will follow at Porter Cemetery, Hyndman, PA.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help defer funeral expenses.
