Obituary

Hyndman, PA – Audrey Anne Witt, 79, Hyndman, PA died Sunday July 19, 2015 at her home.

Born February 29, 1936, in New York, NY; she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Victoria (Simmonds) Stevens. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Donald “Jimmy” Witt in 2004.

She is survived by a daughter, Lynn Kennell and husband Jonathan of Hyndman, a son, Stephen Witt engaged to Pamela Claycomb of Claysburg.

Audrey was a secretary for Light and Decker Parts Store in Cumberland for many years. She was a member of the Kennells Mill Sportsmen’s Club. She enjoyed gambling at casinos, crocheting, gardening and her many animals.

There will be no viewing.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bedford County Humane Society.
