Obituary

Audrey C. Shaffer, 82, of Hyndman passed away December 25, 2024.

Born April 15, 1941, in Cumberland, she was a daughter of the late Ray M. and Cecelia (Emerick) Kline. Also preceded in death by her husband Stephen C. Shaffer; sister, Amanda Campbell

Survived by children, Lori Ingram, husband Randy, and grandchildren, Rebecca (Shaun), Caroline (Vincent), son, Bobby, wife Kimberly and grandchildren, Stephen (Taylor), Zachery, Caleb, and Jessica, daughter, Karen Trego, and grandchildren, Cyrus, Nathaniel (Katy), and Benjamin (Brenna), and great grandchildren, Eliana, Brielle, Robert, William, Vincent and Baleigh. Also survived by a brother, Ray Kline and wife Sharon; sister, Rhonda Roberson and husband Jimmy and several nieces and nephews.

Audrey had worked at Allegany Instrument Co. and at Western Maryland Hospital as an Operator for many years. She retired in 2010. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Hyndman and the Hyndman Senior Citizens.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Monday December 30, 2024 from Monday December 30, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
A funeral service will follow at the First United Methodist Church, 183 First Ave., Hyndman at Monday December 30, 2024 at 1 p.m. with her grandson Zachery Shaffer officiating.
