Obituary

Bedford, PA – Beverly A. Howsare, 73, of Bedford passed away Sunday April 10, 2015 at her home surrounded in love by her family.
Born December 23, 1942 in Cumberland; she was a daughter of the late Kenneth C. “K.C.” Miller and Grace Margaret Spearing. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Miller Jr.
Survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald R. Howsare Sr., whom she married February 2, 1958; children, Donald R. Howsare Jr., and wife Deb of Pleasantville, Deborah A. Allison and husband Gregory of Pleasantville, Denise C. Wolfhope and husband Michael of Osterburg, Mike Howsare and wife Michelle of Bedford; 12 grandchildren, Dawn Renea, Dustin, Lacy, Dawn, Kelly, Bradley, Samantha, Tymier, Jeremiah, JaRod, Darek and Darren; a sister, Darlene Linder of Cumberland, and 13 great grandchildren.
Bev worked at Donahoe Manor for 18 years. She enjoyed BINGO and crafts.
Friends will be received at the Acts Community Church, 169 Bedford Plaza Rd; Bedford, PA 15522 on Thursday April 14, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. where a funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor John Bennett officiating.
