Mt. Savage, MD – Ella L. Morgan, 80, of Mt Savage passed away Friday January 14, 2022 at Mountain City Center, Frostburg.
Born January 30, 1941 in Hyndman; she was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Sarah E. (Clites) Hutzell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morgan D. “Buddy” Morgan III, a step daughter, Karen Gayle, brother, George Hutzell and his wife, Sandra; sister, Mary Priest, and brother-in-law, Tony Michaels; son-in- laws, Vance Troutman and Kelly Frye.
She is survived by children, Margie Troutman, of Meyersdale, Jake Wilhelm and wife, Leslie, of Barrellville, Tammy McKenzie and husband, Joe, of Glencoe; step children, Morgan “David” Morgan IV and wife, Dawna, of Mount Savage; Tammy Frye of Frostburg; grandchildren, Danielle Mock and husband, Rodney, Matthew Troutman and Amanda Williams, Andrew Troutman and Cassidy Bible, Tashina Wilhelm, Kiya Wilhelm, and fiancé, Andrew Leasure, Joey McKenzie and wife, Tracy, Brandi Rhoads and husband, Justin; step grandchildren, Autumn Gayle and boyfriend, Ryan Ross, Conway Gayle, Jessie Morgan and husband, Nate Spiker, Michael Shannon, Emily Morgan, Alexis Frye, Brandon Frye; great grandchildren, Calleigh, Carter, and Cassidy  Mock, Ryleigh, Payton, and Dillon Troutman, Aubrey Williams, Bryson, Mason, Brandon, Everly, Elias Troutman, Evelyn Rhoads; step great grandchildren, Rilynn and Landen Spiker, Mercy and Mileena Ross; sister, Viola Michaels, of Barrellville; brothers, Harry Hutzell and wife, Pam, John L. Hutzell and wife, Cheryl, all of Hyndman; and many nieces and nephews.
Ella was a nursing assistant at the former Frostburg Village and did private duty adult in home care. She was also formerly owner and bookkeeper of E & E Trucking. She was a member of Comps Church.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be at Restlawn Cemetery, LaVale, MD.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Barrellville Outdoor Club Santa Program or Comps Church.
