Obituary

Hyndman, PA – Marylu Cook, 84, Hyndman, PA passed away Wednesday May 6, 2015 at WMHS Regional Medical Center.
Born July 24, 1930 in Johnstown, PA; she was a daughter of the late Bert and Mary Logsdon. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Heiple.
She leaves behind her husband, William Cook, whom she would have celebrated 67 years of marriage with this August; her two daughters,  Melanie Topper and husband Fred;  Edythe Miller and husband Edward, all of Hyndman; three grandsons, Edward Miller Jr. and wife Kelly, Seth Topper and wife Karen all of Harrisburg, Joshua Miller of Hyndman; a granddaughter, Stephanie Donaldson and husband Svin of Harrisburg; six great grandchildren, Courtney, Ashley and Heidi Miller, Caden and Katie Donaldson and Cole Topper.
Marylu had so much love for her family. She endured a lot of obstacles with not being able to see or walk well, but she did so with grace and acceptance. Now in her heavenly home she has no more pain and can see her loved ones gone before her.
We can be comforted knowing she is in the caring arms of our heavenly father. We will always keep her with us in our hearts. We love you mama and miss you so much.
At Marylu’s request there will be no viewing.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be at Hyndman Cemetery.
