Obituary

Rickey W, Neubiser, 57, of Wellersburg, PA. Passed away Sunday March 29, 2026, at home surrounded by his family and friends. Born June 29, 1968, in Cumberland, MD. Born a son of Kenneth (Baldy) Neubiser and Anna Lee (Kennell) Neubiser. Preceded in death by his father Kenneth (Baldy) Neubiser and brother in-law James (Jimbo) Chambers.

Survived by his mother Anna Lee Neubiser of Wellersburg, PA. and sister Lori Ann Chambers of MT. Savage, MD. And her two fur babies, Sissy and Bubby who adored Rick. Rick was also survived by special cousins and their families who were more like brothers and nephews to him. These guys were our saving grace that took care of Rick on a daily basis no questions asked. Blake Boyce, Brian (Angie) Kennell, Dakota (Nadia) Kennell, Keith (Rhonda) Kennell, Bo (Emily) Bryant, Tim (Tiffany) Kennell, and special friends Timmy Emerick and Matt Emerick. Rick worked for multiple construction companies throughout the years. He worked at Cannondale, Bedford PA. and for S&S Maple camp in Corriganville, MD. Rick was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt, fish, golf, play softball, going to shooting matches. What he loved the most was spending time with his cousins. Rick always put others first and was always there to lend a hand without asking. He belonged to the Kennells Mill Sportsman’s Club, Piney Mountain, Barrellville Outdoor Club and Ellersie Outdoor Club. Family will receive friends April 1^st from 4p.m. to 8p.m. and again April 2^nd from 10a.m, until time of service at 11a.m. at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman PA 15545. Pastor Kenneth Korns will officiate the service and internment will be at the Wellersburg UMC Cemetery.
