Obituary

Robert C. Chirelli, 78, of LaVale passed away April 30, 2024, at his home.
Born August 9, 1945, in Staten Island, New York, he was a son of the late Charles and Lillian (Patrella) Chirelli.
Survived by daughters, Dawn Boor and husband, Jeffrey, Sharon Harris, and husband, Richard.
Robert served in the US Army. He was a member of Saint Ambrose Church and Knights of Columbus Council 586, where he was a third-degree member. He enjoyed woodworking, landscaping, playing cards and was a drummer and played with many local bands.
He had worked at Grants Department Store, WTBO Radio Station, Kings Department Store, L. Bernstein Furniture, Eaton Young Furniture.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman, on Tuesday May 7, 2024 from 10 to 11 a.m. where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Father Scott Kady officiant.
Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens with military honors by Fort Cumberland Post 13 Honor Guard.
