Obituary

Buffalo Mills, PA – Stella E. Waugerman, 88, went to be with the Lord Monday January 22, 2018 at Cumberland Health Care Center.
Born August 4, 1929, in Manns Choice, PA; she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Eva (Diehl) Turner.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Waugerman; brothers, Samuel,  Glenn and Carl Turner; a sister, Alice Shaffer.
Survived by husband of 69 years, Oscar B. Waugerman, whom she married October 21, 1948; daughters, Carle Pensyl and husband Lynn of Hyndman, Joni Bussard and husband Leland of Corriganville, and a son, Eddy Waugerman and wife Bonnie of Buffalo Mills; 7 grandchildren, Dr. Ryan Pensyl and wife Sharee, Tyler Pensyl and wife Julia, Travis Bussard and friend Erin, Justin Bussard and wife Sarah, Brandon Bussard and wife Taylor, Ashley Waugerman and fiancé Dalton Magruder, and Lucas Waugerman; 4 great grandchildren, Gabriel, Madison, Isaac and Isla.
Stella was an active member of Trinity United Church of Christ, where she taught Sunday school and vacation bible school. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted at Trinity United Church of Christ, 2098 Glade Pike, Manns Choice on Friday at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow at Dry Ridge Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made Trinity United Church of Christ.
