Hyndman, PA – Dorothy Ann Leister, 81, of Hyndman went to be with the her Lord and Savior Tuesday august 1, 2023 at Cumberland Healthcare.

Born June 20, 1942 in Pittsburgh, PA; she was a daughter of the late James and Dolores (Lindsey) McClain. She is also preceded in death by her husband Gary Leister, sister, Lois McClain, brother, James McClain.

Survived by children, Barb Monnett and husband Steve of Carlisle, Gary “Bud’ Leister and wife Mary Ann, Sherri Thompson and husband Billy, Kathy Emerick and husband Jamie all of Hyndman, seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Dorothy worked at Queen City Business Systems and was the Executive Secretary to David Sensabaugh. She was a dedicated member of Tri-State Ministry Center.

A memorial service will be conducted at the Tri-State Ministry Center on Sunday August 6, 2023, at 3 p.m. with Pastors Stevie Leydig and Caleb Shaffer officiating. Visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be private at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tri-State Ministry Center for their Hometown Christmas program.
