Obituary

Barbara Sproul, 77, Hyndman went to be with the Lord, Thursday, March 4, 2010, at Devlin Manor, Cumberland.

Born December 16, 1932, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Martin R. and Hilda (Hayman) Sproul.

Miss Sproul graduated from Connellsville High School, attended Catherman’s business school. She was employed at several banking institutions and retired from the corporate office of Kelly Springfield Tire Co.

She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Hyndman and the Ladies Aid Society. She also volunteered at the Hy-Lo Library.

She is survived by several cousins.

There will be no viewing.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First United Church of Christ or the Hy-Lo Library.
