Meyersdale, PA – Betty Margaret Albertus Armstrong, 79, formerly of Cumberland, MD, died Sunday July 14, 2013 at Golden Living, Meyersdale, PA.
Born April 17, 1934, in Vindex, MD; she was a daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Hall) Armstrong. She was also preceded in death by a two sisters, Grace Armstrong and Sally McKenzie; two brothers, Harvey and Edward Armstrong Jr.
Betty is survived by two sisters, Hattie Grimm of Front Royal, VA, Frances Muir of LaVale; a brother, Clarence Armstrong of Laurel, MD; also several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m. where a funeral service will follow at 7p.m. with Pastor Richard Glass officiating.
Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale, MD
