Clinton Cook
Hyndman, PA Clinton Cook, 93, of Hyndman, died Thursday, May 15, 2014, at his home.
Born February 18, 1921 in Hyndman; he was a son of the late Howard R. and Ostella (Miller) Cook. He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Chad Howard Cook and a sister, Lois Hall.
He is survived by his wife of 68 1/2 years, Grace A. (Dom) Cook, whom he married November 10, 1945; two sons, Gary L. Cook and wife Paula; Blaine A. Cook and wife Gay; grandchildren, Holly Cook, Lisa Hendrickson, Vanessa Cook, and Kevin Emerick,; six great grandchildren, Lynsy, Paul, Wyatt, Colton, Michael, and Tyler.
Mr. Cook was a farmer all his life. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ and the Hyndman Grange.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Sunday from 3 to 6 pm
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday at 1 pm with Rev. Dr. Tomislav Dosch officiating.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Cumberland, MD.
