Hyndman, PA Naomi Audrey (Ritchey) Sisk, 86, went to be with the Lord Sunday May 11, 2014 at Pennknoll Village.
Born October 2, 1927 in Hyndman, PA; a daughter of the late Blair W. and Laura Belle (Kennedy) Ritchey. She was also preceded in death by her husband Raymond G. Sisk in 1979; three grandsons, Vohn Lehman Jr., Michael Paul Sisk, Travis M. Knisely; a son in law, Vohn Lehman Sr; sisters, Ethel Waltman, Lena Sisler, Ruth Crabtree, Erma Jean Conner, Mary Smith; brothers, John, Jack, Donald “Fuzz”, Robert and William Ritchey.
Survived by sons, Kenneth Sisk and wife Marie, Ellerslie, Paul Sisk and wife Karen, Donald Sisk, Hyndman; daughters, Linda Knisely and husband Donald, Claysburg, Barb Lehman, Hyndman, Gloria Jean Graham and husband Richard, Stafford, VA, Diane Getson and husband John, Mt Savage, Cindy Ashley and husband Kenneth, Hyndman; sisters, Maude Hordubay, Fairhope, Pearl Miller, Hyndman; 13 grandchildren, Cynthia Monroe, Richard Graham Jr, Rodney Lehman, Michelle Sisk, Brian Sisk, Stacey Moyer, Jill Shanholtz, Jody Lehman, Jeff Sisk, John Getson Jr, Audrayana Benak, Hope Jeffreys, and Grant Sisk,18 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
Mrs. Sisk was a cook for the Bedford Area School District for many years. She was also a member Harvesters Class of the Wills Mountain Church of Christ and the Hyndman Senior Center.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, Sunday dinners and gardening.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Terry Elliott officiating
Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Buffalo Mills, with Richard Graham Jr, Rodney Lehman, Jody Lehman, John Getson Jr., Brian Sisk, Grant Sisk,Jeff Sisk, and Ryan Benak serving as pallbearers.
