Obituary

HYNDMAN, PAREON J. COOK, 75, of Hyndman went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Golden Living Center Cumberland.
Born on February 13, 1938, Cumberland, MD, he was a son of the late Charles B. and Mary E. (Suder) Cook. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cora L. “Corkie” Cook.

He is survived by his children, Susan Moreno and husband, Joe, McAllen TX, Sandra “Sandi” Wakefoose and husband, Daniel, Wiley Ford, West Virginia, and Shawn Cook and wife, Tammy (Dennison), Hyndman; grandchildren, Joe and Michael Moreno, Sarah and Joel Wakefoose, and Zachery, Seth and Corinne Cook; two great grandchildren, Miranda and Alexander Moreno.

Reon worked for the Kelly Springfield Tire for 27 years. He also sold cut firewood for many years. He was a member of Central Christian Church.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Terry Elliott officiating.

Interment will follow at Hyndman Cemetery.
