Obituary

Kennells Mill, PA – Virginia L. “Dolly” Shroyer, 75, of Kennells Mill, died, Sunday, February 26, 2012.

Born October 3, 1936, in Kennells Mill, PA; she was a daughter of the late Harmon and Ruth A. (Clitz) Shroyer. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Roy E. Shroyer; sisters, Gladys S. Reese and Betty E. Shroyer.

Survived by a brother, Jay H. Shroyer Sr. of Kennells Mill, a long time companion, Leo Emerick of Kennells Mill, many loving nieces and nephews; and her dogs, Lacy and Charlie.

Dolly was a member of the Kennells Mill Sportsmen’s Club Ladies Auxiliary.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 1 to 2 pm where a service will follow with Pastor Ken Korns officiating.

Burial will be private at Comps Cemetery.
