Angela S. Leister, 49, of Kennells Mill, Pa., went to be with the Lord Wednesday Jan. 9, 2019, at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 2, 1969, in Meyersdale, Pa., she was a daughter of Ronald L. and Pauline L. (Kennell) Leister. She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth W. Leister.
She is survived by her parents, Ronald and Pauline Leister, Kennells Mill; brother, Terry Leister and wife, Cindy, Hyndman, Pa.; sister, Sharon Robertson and husband, Jim, Meyersdale; nieces and nephews, Melissa, Rebecca, Sarah, Amanda, Bentley, Isaiah, Faith, Isabella, Lyla and Lydia.
Angie was a senior at Meyersdale High School when she was severely injured in an automobile accident Sept. 5, 1987. For the past 31 years her parents have taken care of her at home.
Friends will be received at Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home Inc., 169 Clarence St., Hyndman, on Saturday Jan. 12, 2019, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Ken Korns officiating.
Burial will be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe, Pa.
