Obituary

Hyndman, PA – Betty C. Klahre, 75, passed away peacefully December 7, 2022 at her home.
Born December 26, 1946 in Cumberland; she was a daughter of the late Robert Allen and Reada Marie (Burley) Printy. She is also preceded in death by her husband John T. Klahre; a son John R. Klahre, brother, Robert “Sonny” Printy Jr., sister, Darlene M. Faulkner and her husband Tiny.
Survived by her daughter, Cathy Reed and husband Larry of Hyndman, grandchildren, Kyle Reed and wife Sara, Katelynn Murray and husband Nathan, Kyleigh Klahre; great grandchildren, Madison, Noelle and Caroline Murray, Larson and Liam Reed.
Betty had cleaned homes privately for many people. She worked at Tri-State Ministry Center, where she was also a member. She enjoyed eating at Hobos and was a member of the Hyndman Senior Citizens. She loved her family and her friends at the apartment.
Friends will be received at the Tri-State Ministry Center, 230 Hyndman Rd., Hyndman, PA, on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 2 to 4 p.m. where a funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Stevie Leydig officiating.
Burial will be private at Porter Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in her name to Tri-State Ministry Center, 230 Hyndman Rd, Hyndman, PA.
