Hyndman, PA – Betty L. Stuby, 94, previously of Hyndman went to be with the Lord on Wednesday November 4, 2015 at Pennknoll Village Everett, PA

Born July 22, 1921 in Hollsopple, PA; she was a daughter of the late Norman and Avalene (Hite) Poorbaugh. She was also preceded in death by her husband Henry W. Stuby, sister, Telma Gilmour, and infant grandsons, Terry and Jerry Ringler.

She is survived by daughters, Judy Campbell and husband Earl, Brenda Ringler and husband Robert both of Hyndman, Tracy Haley and husband Steve of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren, Diana Lafferty and husband Michael of Hyndman, Dawn Fyfe and husband Brian of Manns Choice, Dale Campbell and wife Tracie of Hyndman, Steve Ringler and wife Karen of Hyndman, Amy Jo Leydig and husband Bill of Buffalo Mills, Linda Smith and husband Jeff of Hyndman and Billy Haley of Tallahassee, FL; great grandchildren, Kenan Fyfe and wife Ashley, Jenna Stiffler and husband Kyle, Lindsay Tucker and husband Seth, Amber Lafferty, Luke Campbell, Jack Leydig, Megan Smith, Alexandra Smith and Jesse Ringler, great-great grandchildren Payton and Paige Fyfe and anticipating the arrival of great-great grandson, Henry Stiffler.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hyndman. Betty worked at numerous places over the years with her last position being held as a day care aide at Lutheran Social Services. She loved to spend time with her family, baking, and making crafts.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and on Monday one hour prior to the service

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow at Lybarger Cemetery, Buffalo Mills.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First United Methodist Church.
