Wellersburg, PA – Carley S. Welsh, 87, of Wellersburg passed away Monday May 29, 2023 at Cumberland Healthcare Center.

Born January 26, 1936, in Cumberland; she was a daughter of the late Albert Hosselrode and Alverta (Knepp) Amtower. Also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth “Kenny” Welsh Sr., a grandson, Andrew Gray.

Survived by sons, Kenneth Welsh Jr. and wife Kelly, Albert Welsh (Ashley Dicken) all of Wellersburg; grandchildren, Casey Gray, Justin Welsh, Konner, Kinley, and Kolson Dicken, Lexi Skidmore, Amy Whetzel-Katz and Tessa Whetzel.

Carley was a graduate of Meyersdale High School. She worked at the Celanese Corp and was homemaker. She was a member of the Kennells Mills Sportmens Club Ladies Auxiliary. She will be remembered by her family as a wonderful trusting mother and grandmother.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman Thursday June 1, 2023 from 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday June 2, 2023 at 11 a.m. with Chaplin Paul Demers officiating.

Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale, MD.
