Fairhope, PA – Clarence J. Deneen, 80, of Fairhope passed away February 21, 2022 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family.

Born January 21, 1942 in Hyndman; he was a son of the Walter Sr. and Esther M. (Baer) Deneen. Also preceded in death by brothers, Leonard, Richard, Bruce, Robert Sr. and Walter Deneen Jr.; sisters, Lois Smith and Anna Meyers.

Survived by his wife of 55 years, Brenda (Cummins) Deneen, whom he married May 28, 1966; daughter, Lori Buentello and husband Edward of Hyndman, Derek Deneen and wife, Melissa of Buffalo Mills; brother, Leroy “Boots” Deneen; a sister, Violet Shroyer; brother-in-law, Leland Cummins and wife, Alice; grandchildren, Ashley Clites and fiancé Nathan Williams, Cassandra Fagan and husband Antonio, Zack Clites, Mariah Nichols and husband Brandon, Kylee Deneen; great grandchildren, Bentley and Harper Logsdon, Carter Clites, Declan and Elias Devore; and another great grandson expected in April; and many nieces and nephews.

Clarence was a dedicated member of Fairhope Community Church. He retired from PBS Coal. He served in the United State Marine Corps during Vietnam. He was an avid hunter and loved hunting ginseng. He was a man of many talents. He cut hair for friends and family. He loved carpentry and building things for people. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a family man who would do anything for anyone in need.

Friends will be received at the Fairhope Community Church, Fairhope on Thursday February 24, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12p.m. where a funeral service will follow at 12 p.m.,  with Pastor James Swauger officiating.

Burial will be private at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
