Hyndman, PA – Eileen C. Emerick, 77 of Hyndman went to be with the Lord Friday November 22, 2019 at Pennknoll Village

Born March 23, 1942 in Fairhope, PA; she was a daughter of the late George J. and Violet M. (Emerick) Larson. She was preceded in death by sisters, Lulubelle Mangus, Betty Jane Pensyl, Patricia Miller; and a brother, Albert Larson.

Survived by husband of 59 years, Glenn W. Emerick Sr. whom she married April 13, 1960; children, Carolyn M. Emerick of Fairbanks, AK; Glenna R. Emerick of Anchorage, AK and Glenn W. Emerick Jr of Tulsa, OK, sister, Henrietta Leydig of Hyndman, brothers Charles Larson of Minneapolis, MN, Ralph Larson of McConnellsburg; 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter

Eileen was a faithful member of Fairhope Community Church and a devoted Christian. She worked as a cashier, driving instructor and a caregiver for many years. She was a former member of the Hyndman Londonderry Lions Club.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Monday November 25, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. James Swauger officiating.

Burial will follow at Hyndman Cemetery
