Hyndman, PA – Grace A. (Dom)Cook, 93,  of Hyndman died Wednesday November 6, 2019 at Cumberland Healthcare

Born June 25, 1926 in Wellersburg, she was the youngest daughter of the late George and Mary (Suder) Dom. She married Clinton Cook November 10, 1945. He preceded her in death in 2014. Also preceded in death by grandson, Chad Howard Cook; great granddaughter, Sophia Hendrickson; sister, Anna Knippenberg; brothers, Ray, Irvin, John, Wilbur, Freeman and Curtis Dom. She was the last surviving member of her family.

Survived by two sons, Gary L. Cook and wife Paula; Blaine A. Cook and wife Gay; grandchildren, Kevin Emerick and wife Peggy, Holly Fichtner and husband Rob, Lisa Hendrickson and husband David, and Vanessa Cook; 8 great grandchildren, Lynsy, Tanner, Trent Fichtner, Paul, Wyatt, Colton Hendrickson, Michael Harman and Tyler Emerick; three great-great grandchildren, Austin, Anna, and Isabella; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cook was a farmer’s wife. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ and the Hyndman Grange, where she served as former Master of the Grange. She was an EMT for the Hyndman Rescue Squad for many years.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on  Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Tomislav Dosch officiating. Viewing one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Cumberland, MD.
