Hyndman, PA – Hazel V. (Fichtner) Bush, 95, of Hyndman, went to be with the Lord Thursday April 26, 2018 at her residence.

Born October 5, 1922 in Palo Alto, PA; a daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Wambaugh) Fichtner. Also preceded in death by three husbands, Raymond B. Browning, Harry Emerick and Charles Bush Jr.; brothers, Ray, Roy and Junior Fichtner.

Survived by her son, Raymond H. Browning and wife Patricia of Hurricane, WV; step children, Charles Bush III and wife Sandra of Buffalo Mills, Jeanette DeVall and husband Donald of LaVale and Adele Mays and husband Ross of Hyndman; three grandchildren, Raymond Scott Browning, Amy Ashworth and husband Paul and Adrienne Smith and husband Richard; great granddaughter, Alexis Browning; sister, Jean Lloyd and husband Harold “Doc” of Frostburg, sister-in-law, Carolyn Fichtner of Kentucky; and numerous step grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Hazel worked at the Hyndman-Londonderry High School as a cook for 16 years. She was a life member of the Oscar Jordan VFW Post 7375 Ladies Auxiliary.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Russell Hoffman officiating.

Burial will follow at Palo Alto Cemetery.
