Obituary

Mount Savage, MD – Helen Jean Ritchey Williams, 83, of Mount Savage formerly of Hyndman went to be with the Lord on Wednesday April 6, 2016 at WMHS Medical Center.
Born June 29, 1932 in Hyndman; she was a daughter of the late Carl Sr. and Mildred (Logsdon) Miller. She was also preceded in death by her first husband of 44 years, Jack Edward Ritchey; brothers, Carl Jr., David, and Kenneth Miller.
Survived by husband of 15 years, William “Dan” Williams, sons, Randy Ritchey and wife Sonia of Martinsburg, WV, Rick Ritchey and wife Wendy of Bedford, Sidney Ritchey and wife Janet of O’Fallon, IL; 6 grandchildren, Scott Ritchey and wife Wendy, Amanda Ritchey, Beth White and husband Bryan, Lori Ritchey, Bobbie Jo Heltzel and partner Cheyenne, Michael Heltzel and fiancee  Britteny; sister, Janet Martz and husband Eugene of Corriganville, Kathleen Ritchey and Vivian Shaffer of Hyndman; brothers, Richard Miller and wife Mary Ann of Fredericksburg, VA, Irvin “Ted” Miller of Hyndman  and 6 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all her loved ones, friends and her faithful pet Kitay.
Helen Jean was a homemaker and Methodist by faith.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ken Haines officiating.
Burial will follow at Hyndman Cemetery.
