Manns Choice, PA – James Farley Kelly, 62, of Manns Choice passed away Friday April 9, 2021 at his home.

Born December 15, 1958 in Fairfax County, VA; he was a son of the late James J. Kelly and Kay (Manges) Mueller. He is also preceded in death by stepfather Charles Mueller.

Survived by sons, Billy Kelly and partner Michael Emerick of Latrobe,  Brandon Kelly and wife Jewel of New Paris; three grandchildren, Kaely, Karson and Tobias Kelly; girlfriend, Robin Spiker Frazier of Centerville, VA; stepmother, Barbara Jean Kelly of Woodbridge, VA, sister, Robin Keel and husband Mike of Hyndman, brother, Christopher Kelly and wife Brenda of Woodbridge, VA; stepsister, Sonja Maphis, Kline, WV, stepbrother, Charles “Chuckie” Mueller of Hyndman;  his former wife Christine Galvin of New Castle; and many nieces and nephews.

Farley was a welder at MCS Fabrication and Machining in Alum Bank. He was a member of the Kennells Mill Sportsmen’s Club and the National Rifle Association. He had been attending Grace United Methodist Church.  He loved the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were his passion. He also enjoyed gardening and taking care of his lawn.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Fred Zickefoose and Rodney Spiker officiating. Viewing one hour prior.
