Hyndman, PA –  Larry Lee Ringler, 65 of Hyndman died February 18, 2015 at the VA Hospital in Altoona.

Born February 12, 1950 in Cumberland, he was a son of the late Henry and Pauline (Shroyer) Ringler

He is survived by brothers, Charles “Eddie” Ringler and wife Linda of Rawlings, MD, H. Allen Ringler and wife Alice of Hyndman, Harvey ‘Dale” Ringler and wife Sara-Ellen of Hyndman; a sister,  Gale Hartman and husband Gary of Fairfax, VA; special friends, Jeff and Heather Baker of Hyndman and many nieces and nephews.

Larry served in the US Army and was stationed in Vietnam from 1969 to 1970 in the Unit MAC-V. He had worked for the Hyndman Boro and was a laborer at several other local businesses.

Larry had a love for muscle cars.  He also enjoyed the outdoors. Hunting, fishing and mushroom hunting were a few of his favorite pastimes.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. where a service will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Terry Elliott officiating

Burial will follow at Madley Cemetery with military honors by the Ft. Bedford Honor Guard.
