Kennells Mill, PA –  Marlene M. Hosselrode, 90, of Kennells Mill went to be with the Lord April 10, 2023 at home surrounded by her family.

Born February 5, 1933 at home; she was a daughter of Carl and Alverda (Emerick) Shroyer. Also preceded in death by husband, Irvin Hosselrode in 2008; a son, Carl Hosselrode; a grandson, Joshua Hosselrode; sister, Doris Emerick; brothers, Fay “Sonny”, Kenneth and Gary Shroyer.

Survived by a daughter, Sherry Diehl and husband Doug; sons, Alvin Hosselrode and wife Shelley, and Marvin Hosselrode and wife Thea, all of Kennells Mill; a sister, Alice Troutman; grandchildren, Adam Hosselrode, Doug Diehl Jr., Brandon Hosselrode, Shana Logsdon, Maranda Diehl, Jeffery Hosselrode; and great-grandchildren, Cain and Cambri Hosselrode, Macy Diehl, Carter Prinkey, Alivia Logsdon, and Alora Burkett.

She was a faithful member of the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Kennells Mill.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman Friday April  14, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., where a funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. with Pastor Doug Gnagey officiating.

Burial will follow at Comps Cemetery.
