Obituary

Harrisburg, PA – Melanie (Cook) Topper, 70, formerly of Hyndman went to be with the Lord Wednesday November 10, 2021.

Born November 11, 1950 in Cumberland; she was a daughter of the late William E. and Marylu (Logsdon) Cook. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Topper, in 2015.

Survived by a son, Seth Topper and wife Karen; a daughter, Stephanie Donaldson and husband Svin both of Harrisburg, three grandchildren, Katie and Caden Donaldson and Cole Topper; a sister, Edythe Miller and husband Edward of Hyndman; several nieces and nephews.

Melanie was a registered nurse. She had worked at the Bedford Hospital and the Hyndman High School.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Sunday November 14, 2021 from 2 to 3 p.m. where a service will follow at 3 p.m.

Burial at Hyndman Cemetery.
