Hyndman, PA – Richard Lee Troutman, 74, of Hyndman passed away Thursday October 7, 2021.

Born July 2, 1947 in Cumberland; he was a son of the late Homer and Helen (Willison) Troutman. He was also preceded in death by father and mother-in-law, Earl and Dot Clites.

Survived by his wife of 55 years, Kitty (Clites) Troutman, whom he married November 20, 1965; daughter, Cathy Fitzpatrick and husband Jim; son, Dale Troutman and friend Cheri Black; grandchildren, Deidre Stahlman and husband Cory, Jake Troutman and friend Taylor Lagratta, Joby Troutman and wife Ashley, Bradlee Fitzpatrick and wife Haley, and McKenzi Black; great grandchildren, Naomie, Baylee, Bentlee, Witten, Roczen, Alexa, Emma and Brayton; brother, Dave Troutman and wife Robin; and several nieces and nephews.

Rich worked at the Rock Cut Plant and Quarry in Corriganville for 40 years, Canondale, and D&R Trucking. He attended Bible Gospel Church and loved hunting, fishing, working on Shipley’s Farm, cutting wood and his favorite truck “Homer”. He enjoyed attending his sons ball games and watching Dave, DJ and Drake Troutman race, and spending time with friends, Ross, Tom, Tommy, Kenny and many more.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Sunday October 10, 2021 from 2 to 6 p.m. Masks will be required.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home Monday October 11, 2021 at 11 a.m. with Pastors Gary Pensyl and Stevie Leydig officiating.

Burial will follow at Hyndman Cemetery
