Obituary

Hyndman, PA – Robert C. Deneen Sr., 82, of Hyndman passed away Monday December 13, 2021 at UPMC Western Maryland

Born June 13, 1939, in Hooversville, PA; he was a son of the Walter Sr. and Esther M. (Baer) Deneen. Also preceded in death by brothers, Leonard, Richard, Bruce and Walter Deneen Jr.; sisters, Lois Smith and Anna Meyers.

Survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Ann (Waltman) Deneen, whom he married September 2, 1961; children, Tammy Sturtz and husband Robert, Robert Deneen Jr and wife Missy, Steve Deneen and wife Ruth; brothers, Leroy “Boots” Deneen, Clarence Deneen and wife Brenda; a sister, Violet Shroyer; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was an Iron Worker for many years with the Cumberland Local 568.

There will be no viewing or funeral due to Covid-19.
