Fairhope, PA – Robert L. Emerick, 87, of Fairhope passed away Saturday August 7, 2021.

Born March 9, 1934 in Fairhope; he was a son of the late Verdie “Bert” and Leora C. (Emerick) Emerick. He is also preceded in death brothers, George “Hop”, James, Big Bad John, Merle, and Paul Emerick; sisters, Sharon Haggerty and Wilma Hatridge.

Survived by brothers, Ernest Emerick of Fairhope, Wayne Emerick and wife Shirley of Hyndman, sisters, Betty Clites of Hyndman, June Kimmel of Florida, Pauline Moore of Hyndman; many nieces and nephews.

Bob retired from Snyder of Berlin. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on the family farm.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Wednesday August 11, 2021 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday August 12, 2021 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Terry Campbell officiating.

Burial will follow at Comps Cemetery.
