Hyndman, PA – Susan J. Shaffer, 70, of Hyndman died November 18, 2019.

Born March 11, 1949 in Cumberland; she was a daughter of the late Howard R. Jr. and Margaret (Thomas) Shaffer. Also preceded in death by a brother, James A. Shaffer and her best friend, Betsy Bruck.

Survived by her sons, Jamie Holbrook with Jolene Hines of Wellersburg, Robert Holbrook and wife Ashley of Frostburg; brother, Howard Shaffer of Monte Alto, PA and a grandson, Tyler Holbrook.

Susan worked many years at the Best Western. She enjoyed crocheting and playing Scrabble.

 A celebration of Susan’s life will be held Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, at 4 p.m. at the Wellersburg Fire Hall, Wellersburg.
