Hyndman, PA – Wilda R. Emerick , 82, of Hyndman went to be with the Lord on Sunday November 29, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born January 2, 1938 in Hyndman; she was a daughter of the late Harry and Emma Pearl (Smith) Kirchner. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Eugene “Gene” Kirchner (Betty), Paul Kirchner (Beulah), sisters, Irene Shroyer (Floyd), Anna Winebrenner ( Clinton “Doc”), Betty Jenkins, brother-in-law, Ken Witt; sisters-in-law, Mona Sue Kirchner, and Eileen Emerick;

Survived by her husband of 65 years, Manford “Danny” Emerick, whom she married July 8, 1955;  daughters, Debbie Elliott and husband Terry, Kathy Spiker and husband Rodney all of Hyndman, 5 grandchildren, Nathan Elliot and wife April, Aaron Elliott and wife Jessica, Brandon Spiker and wife Amanda, Tessa Grant and husband Bill, and Derek Spiker; and eight great grandchildren, sister, Nancy Witt; brother, Billy Kirchner; sisters-in-law, Dorothy McCoy and husband John, Susan Larson and husband Ron,  brother-in-law, Glenn Emerick and many nieces and nephews.

Wilda was a member of Glade Tidings Tabernacle Assembly of God and the Hyndman Senior Citizens.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Inc., 169 Clarence Street, Hyndman on Thursday December 3, 2020 from 1 to 3 where a funeral service will follow at 3 p.m with Pastor Nathan Elliott, her grandson, will be officiating.

Burial at Hyndman Cemetery.
