William M. Leckemby, 68, of Hyndman Rd. went to be with the Lord March 27, 2023. He survived by his wife of 35 years, Deborah (Van Scoyoc) Leckemby; and stepson, Eric Earman and wife Jacki of Meridan, Idaho. Also surviving is a sister, Marie Sisk and husband, Kenneth of Ellerslie, MD; a niece, Michelle Sisk, and nephew, Brian Sisk, and wife Lori all of Ellerslie. He was the son of the late William and Fay Leckemby. A graduate of Mount Savage High School, he was employed at Sears, Kelly Springfield and retired after 20 years of service from Lowes. He attended Bible Gospel Church. Bill was a big animal lover with several special pets. In lieu of flowers a donation to any animal shelter is requested. There will be no viewing. A graveside service for family and friends will be held at Palo Alto Hilltop Cemetery on  Sunday April 2, 2023 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Gary Pensyl officiating.
